Aconchego House is a non-profit association dedicated to the promotion of dignity, well-being, and equal rights for the LGBTQIA+ community and other marginalised populations. Our mission is to create a safe and inclusive environment where each individual can access emotional and psychological support, as well as opportunities for personal and professional growth. Through education, art, and empowerment, we foster autonomy and resilience, while actively challenging discrimination and promoting structural change. We believe that art and culture are powerful instruments of transformation, capable of transcending barriers and connecting individuals and communities in profound and meaningful ways. Art allows individuals to explore their identities, emotions, and life experiences in creative ways, encouraging a journey of self-awareness and growth. Engaging with art fosters authentic expression, and promotes confidence, emotional resilience, and healing.
