Estúdio Baratinha is an artist-run space in Lisbon, shared by Hugo Brazão, Miro Bersi, José Sottomayor, Rodrigo Meireles, and Sara Pinto. Bringing together diverse practices — including painting, sculpture, textiles, food, and other forms of experimentation — the studio functions as a place of work, exchange, and gathering.
Alongside the individual practices of its members, Estúdio Baratinha has hosted residencies, open studios, and social gatherings, establishing itself as an independent and informal space for artistic production. Its mission is to create the conditions for different practices to coexist, to encourage the sharing of processes, and to open the space to forms of dialogue and community.
