Law 2022 will be a four day event. Apart from the exhibition you are having, each participant space will host their own special event.

1- LISBON ART WEEKEND shall arrange the project planning and time plan, in general and any other place for the event areas, and the Participant should act in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
2- LISBON ART WEEKEND will take place on 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th of November 2022. LAW 2022 will be a four day event. Apart from the exhibition you are having, each participant space will host their own special event.
3- Under the terms of this contract and as stated in the Application Form the Participant accepts the conditions, rules and regulations. In case of a null or partial participation the Participant will be excluded from the following edition of LISBON ART WEEKEND. A Selection Committee will verify the applications and shortlist the final list of participants. The committee will be composed of non-biased art professionals. Lisbon Art Weekend’s confirmation email will be sent after the Selection Committee’s decision process. Please note that this application form is not a final contract. Accepted applications will be approved via LISBON ART WEEKEND’s approval email after the Selection Committee’s decision process during the month of August 2022.
4- Entities eligible to participate in the open call for LISBON ART WEEKEND are: art galleries, artist-run spaces, art museums, non-profit art spaces, artistic collectives with a physical space. General admission is free of charge.
5- The subject of the selection process will be the proposed event for the LAW weekend and the current programming at the time at the applicant space. The final list of participants will be announced during the month of August 2022 on LISBON ART WEEKEND social media and website as well as personalised emails.
6- LISBON ART WEEKEND shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from non-conformity to the conditions of the agreement and for any losses/damages occurring on premises.
7- Questions and urgent matters can be directed to info@lisbonartweekend.com during the period of the open call.
8- LISBON ART WEEKEND is a non-profit association. There will be no participation fees for the applicant and it is a free event for the visitors.
9- Please note that, for the 2022 edition, given the special circumstances of the ongoing pandemic, some changes can occur in the event’s programming and timetable.
