DUPLEX, is an artist run space, which started operating in October 2019. It was born from the desire to create a space dedicated to contemporary artistic practice and research, seeking to value creative processes, experimentation and artistic production, as well as the discourse that these dynamics originate, presenting itself as a privileged territory for the coexistence of different artists, different ways of creating and different ways of thinking about the work of art and the world in which it is inserted.
​It has 10 studios for artists who work at DUPLEX permanently, 8 studios for artists and curators selected for the residency program, and a non-commercial gallery, which develops a continuous program favoring the support of exhibition projects from artists born in the 80’s and 90’s.
